The reduced headcount is by design, giving Qantas more room to lean into comfort, premium demand and ultra-long-range performance.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1518\" height=\"1012\" src=\"https:\/\/dmarge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/a350-business-suites.avif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-534375\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The next generation business class from Qantas and David Caon.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Project Sunrise is at the heart of this shift.
